Content Policy & Distribution Standards

Last Updated: May 31, 2026

As the commercial syndication backend for the Ginjer News ecosystem, Ginjer Newswire (a subsidiary of Ginjer Media LLC) is committed to maintaining absolute network safety, corporate truth, and data veracity. This Content Policy (“Policy”) outlines the strict compliance and editorial boundaries governing all press releases, multimedia assets, and corporate filings submitted for dissemination across our distribution networks, automated feeds (rss.xml and sitemap.xml), and media partner channels.

By submitting copy text to our dynamic intake form or direct secure channels, you explicitly agree to adhere to these standards. Submissions that violate any parameter of this Policy will be summarily rejected, and the submitting entity may face permanent platform termination.

1. MANDATORY VERIFICATION & ACCEPTABLE SUBMISSION FORMATS

To uphold our high-veracity data standards, Ginjer Newswire only accepts official, clearly sourced announcements.

  • Authorized Attribution Required: Every press release must contain a clear, identifiable "Source" line naming the specific corporate entity, organization, or individual issuing the announcement. Anonymous submissions or third-party commentaries disguised as corporate news are strictly prohibited.

  • Valid Corporate Contact Information: Submissions must include actionable contact information for the issuing party’s public relations officer, investor relations specialist, or authorized corporate agent (including a valid corporate email address and name). This information is automatically cross-referenced by our identity and origin verification gatekeepers.

  • Objective, Newsworthy Structure: Materials must be formatted as standard press releases. They must feature a clear, descriptive headline, a dateline, and factual, information-rich body text. Ginjer Newswire reserves the right to reject materials written purely as opinion pieces, personal blogs, or creative writing essays.

2. PROHIBITED AND RESTRICTED CONTENT CATEGORIES

To preserve an elite, trustworthy, and legally compliant distribution network, Ginjer Newswire maintains a zero-tolerance policy for the following content categories:

A. Fraudulent, Deceptive, or Misleading Information

  • Impersonation and False Representation: We strictly prohibit any attempt to mimic or falsely claim authorization from an established brand, corporate entity, government agency, or public figure.

  • Market Manipulation: Submissions designed to artificially manipulate financial markets, promote unverified micro-cap or "penny" stocks, or distribute speculative, unverified financial projections will be flagged and rejected immediately.

B. Network Safety and Technical Vulnerability Risks

  • Deceptive SEO and Hyperlink Spam: Press releases must not be utilized as an exploitation tool for artificial search engine optimization (SEO). Submissions containing excessive, hidden, keyword-stuffed, or repetitive hyperlinks will be rejected.

  • Malicious Payloads: Text or attachments containing embedded tracking scripts, executable files, or links routing to unverified, unencrypted external domains are strictly banned to protect the integrity of our databases and downstream media partners.

C. Unverified Legal, Regulatory, or Defamatory Disclosures

  • Defamation and Personal Attacks: We do not publish text intended to harass, target, or defame specific individuals, executives, or competing brands.

  • Unverified Litigation News: Press releases concerning active legal proceedings, corporate lawsuits, or regulatory complaints must be accompanied by official court documentation, case numbers, or verifiable legal filing citations. We do not distribute unsubstantiated legal threats or retail grievances.

D. Restricted High-Risk Sectors

  • Unregulated Financial/Health Schemes: Content promoting high-risk multi-level marketing (MLM) structures, get-rich-quick programs, or unverified pharmaceutical or medical health claims will be blocked.

  • Adult and Explicit Material: We maintain a clean, professional, enterprise-grade reading environment. Any material containing explicit, sexually suggestive, or adult-oriented messaging is permanently restricted.

3. THE FOR-FEE COMMERCIAL SYNDICATION & EDITORIAL SOVEREIGNTY

  • The Paid Distribution Model: Receipt of a commercial submission fee does not bind Ginjer Newswire to automatic publication. The distribution fee covers the cost of our mandatory compliance audits, technical verification pipelines, and server processing. If a release fails to pass our editorial gatekeepers due to a violation of this Policy, it will be withheld from distribution.

  • Right to Modify or Refuse: Ginjer Newswire and Ginjer Media LLC reserve the absolute right to refuse any press release, layout asset, or communication payload at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to minorly format headlines or structural spacing to comply with the typography constraints of our 3-zone presentation layout grids, provided such updates do not alter the factual meaning of the client's corporate text.

  • Post-Distribution Removal: If a published press release is later discovered to contain fraudulent data, identity theft metadata, or deceptive intent, Ginjer Newswire will immediately purge the full-text presentation page from our active directories and issue a cancellation command to downstream syndication pipelines.

4. ACCOUNTABILITY AND COMPLIANCE INTEGRITY

  • Metadata Logging Protocols: In strict compliance with our network safety frameworks, our backend database engines automatically log all incoming submission metadata, including IP addresses, submission time-stamps, device tokens, and contact form subject selections.

  • Regulatory Cooperation: In cases involving fraudulent corporate identity representation, unauthorized regulatory filings, or illegal market-manipulation attempts, Ginjer Media LLC will cooperate fully with financial regulators, legal authorities, and internet security enforcement bodies, providing all relevant system transmission logs.
