A. Headline and Excerpt Layout Maps
Our front-facing interface is structurally designed to show only headlines on the primary homepage layout. Clicking a specific headline dynamically reveals a specialized layout page displaying the title and a curated excerpt ranging strictly between 140 to 180 characters, alongside direct attribution links routing traffic back to the primary source publication.
B. Independent Platform Context
While our digital ecosystem is engineered to support professional layouts, media management, and custom content delivery frameworks, please note that Ginjer Media LLC operates as an independent software and media aggregation company. We do not claim ownership over the external news resources, feeds, or syndicated journalism indexed by our automated crawlers.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
A. Our Proprietary Content
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and Service—including all source code, databases, backend routing logic, frontend styles engineered via React and Tailwind CSS, navigation architecture, interface designs, audio streaming component definitions, graphics, logos, and branding assets (specifically the proprietary black Ginjer News header and associated trademark layouts)—are our proprietary property. They are protected by copyright, trademark, and unfair competition laws.
B. RSS Feeds and External Content
All intellectual property rights regarding third-party headlines, copy texts, media partner branding, and external publications remain the exclusive property of their respective original owners or syndication networks. Ginjer News uses limited excerpt snippets solely under equitable news reporting, index fair-use standards, and active publisher consensus.
3. USER REPRESENTATIONS & REGISTRATION
By utilizing the Platform, you represent and warrant that:
All registration information you submit (if creating an administrative, publisher, or reader account) will be true, accurate, current, and complete.
You will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update it as necessary.
You have the legal capacity and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
You will not access the Site through automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script, or scraping crawler tool, except via approved public RSS feed access protocols or explicit partner API configurations.
You will not use the Service for any illegal, unauthorized, or malicious purpose.
If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, we reserve the full right to suspend or permanently terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Platform.
4. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
